Fraudulent Orders:

At SpecsFactory.com we take on-line fraud very seriously! If a phony order is detected, we will notify the cardholder, the credit card company, and co-operate with all the involved authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen or false credit cards.

Invoice:

If you need, we would like to provide the equivalent invoice for the glasses you order. This invoice can be used for reimbursement by their insurance companies or work place.
