If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days, you may return them to us for a refund or an exchange of a new pair of eyeglasses!

However, we are not responsible for the wrong prescription you entered in our website and no refunds or returns are given in such situations.
3, For your protection, we suggest you return the product in a traceable manner. If the value of the item is over $100, we suggest you insure it for the price you paid. Be sure to pack the item in the same manner you received it.
